MATCH REPORT: Amazons narrowly lose to Mansfield

The Amazons were unable to make it 2 wins out of 2 as they went down 2-1 to Mansfield Town U16s.

It was a tight first half with the Amazons drawing first blood through Grace after 13 minutes but Mansfield were level just 2 minutes later. The second half was an even affair until Masfield took the lead on 70 minutes, but Sutton were able to find an equaliser.

The result sees the Amazons slip to 8th in the table. Next weekend the Amazons host Newark Town.
